1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
All orders are shipped within Australia via Australia Post. Should you require international shipping, please contact us for a quote.
2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 5 working days upon confirmation of payment. As our plates are customised for your child each item we take care in having the information presented gracefully and accurately.
Standard delivery – is $ 9.50 for all orders across Australia and it takes approximately 7 working days to reach you from the time of order.
3. MODE OF PAYMENTS
We accept payments via VISA/MASTER credit and debit cards. We also accept personal cheques and direct bank transfers.
